Full Job Description
We are looking to employ a hardworking, conscientious individual who will work as an Administrator, part time (15 hours) within the trust wide central bed management team
You will be responsible for providing a high quality, flexible, administrative support. Applicants can base themselves at any trust wide location as most of the role will be conducted via MST., The role includes supporting the bed management team with administrative support including reports; diary management, understanding and application of Microsoft applications and knowledge of IT applications.
Applicants are required to hold a level 3 qualification in a relevant field or have equivalent experience., We are looking for someone who feels comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment, can communicate confidently, is thorough and takes pride in their work, can build strong working relationships with a variety of people, can prioritise their workload and work to deadlines.
