Full Job Description
An opportunity has arisen to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual to a Team Administrator position working 37.5 hours per week (fixed term - 12 months) supporting mental health services for older people community team in Seaham., The successful postholder will be required to support and maintain standard systems and processes set out by the Trust., Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for further detailed information to ensure that you meet the role criteria before applying.
You will require excellent IT and organisational skills and have a good knowledge and understanding of information systems. In addition to this, the postholder will have the ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure to meet deadlines and demonstrate a flexible, motivated attitude to work will also be essential. You will require very good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels are required.,
- Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management.
- Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role. Where an applicant does not have the above qualifications or are unable to provide evidence of the certification, the applicant MUST achieve the required standards during their probationary period., Level 3 in Business Administration
- RSA Level 2 or equivalent Secretarial/administrative experience in a clinical environment, Experience of working in an administrative environment (diary management, filing systems, meeting coordination, minute talking, data input, collating and presenting information).
- Customer Service experience (face to face, answering calls, correspondence)
- Experience of organising completing demands and workloads.
- Experience of setting up and maintenance of administrative systems and processes.
- Experience of working autonomously and proactively, Experience of supporting/supervising staff
- Experience of handling monies and working within financial guidelines., Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of data protection and the need for confidentiality and how to maintain this
- Knowledge of office systems and processes
