Full Job Description

Landmarc are seeking a Team Administrator to join our facilities management team at Wathgill Camp. This is a role where your organisation, accuracy, and professional approach will directly support the smooth running of our operations and help the team deliver at its best., Landmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. Our vision is simple: to provide the best possible training experience for our Armed Forces. What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate and compliant site records
  • Manage documentation and logs for facilities and maintenance activities
  • Update internal systems and upload reports
  • Process data and work orders
  • Conduct basic audits of records
  • Produce clear and accurate meeting minutes
  • Handle incoming calls and provide reception cover when required
  • Provide administrative support across the regional team
  • Attend other regional sites when necessary to support meetings

    Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new software confidently
  • Good written and numerical skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • A valid UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
  • Desirable
  • Experience with CAFM systems is desirable but not essential
