Apply today and embark on a rewarding career journey.What You'll DoFirst point of contact at Landmarc HQ building for signing into visitors' bookMaintaining document recording for technical servicesCo-ordinate and upload reports to AMS / MaximoData capture and inputWork order processingPurchase order processingAuditing recordsNote-taking during meetings and production of minutes as requiredAnswering incoming telephone callsLiaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract deliveryProvide support for other Administrative roles as required to support the Regional Management teamWhat We're Looking ForEssentialExcellent Office and Administration skillsComputer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and OutlookExperience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)
