Full Job Description
To provide a quality, comprehensive administrative, secretarial and organisational support to the team and may be required to cover reception, working in a busy office., Undertake word processing of reports. agendas and minutes using the most appropriate element of Microsoft Office. To prepare for meetings and to participate, take accurate notes, produce minutes and circulate. Receiving and providing information from a variety of sources, either paper, telephone or direct contact. To assist in time limited projects. Processing of invoices, petty cash.
