The successful applicant will provide full administrative support to our Children's Community Team based in Northeast Hampshire., The main duties of the role include: managing a busy email inbox, containing referrals and letter requests, booking of rooms, answering and directing phone calls and emails, plus any other administrative duties., To provide office administrative duties for CYPS Community Team Northeast Hampshire. You will also be required to work on your own initiative, be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of a developing team. Therefore, the ability to build effective relationships, with a flexible approach to work is essential. You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post.   • Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Basic Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of office / administrative work
  • Experience of working as part of a team

  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Proven experience of working as a secretary
  • Experience of working within the NHS
  • Qualifications Essential
  • NVQ3/RSA 3 or equivalent
  • Good standard of secondary education, GCSE at Grade C or above in English & Mathematics
