Full Job Description

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator. In this position, you will provide confidential and effective administrative support to the Professional Education & Development Team. You will need strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise the demands of a busy team. We're looking for someone who is calm, motivated, and adaptable, with a positive and flexible approach to their work and the resilience to manage changing or challenging situations.

The post holder will be expected to work independently, showing initiative and a willingness to support colleagues as an integral member of the team. They must be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines to fulfil the requirements of the role, working with others to deliver a high-quality and seamless service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage sensitive and challenging situations. The role also requires confident use of computers for word processing and database management. There is a requirement for the post holder to travel between trust locations in the Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent and Shropshire area as well as other locations.
