requesting of invoices.Update systems with connectivity issues.Assist Technician with material orders.The Ideal CandidateGood understanding of business process & statutory requirements.Strong interpersonal, literacy & numeracy skills.An enthusiastic team player, as well as being able to work independently and show initiative.Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.Experienced in using a range of IT systems, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.Interviews will take place on Wednesday 20th May at the Birmingham depot National Grid Electricity Distribution is committed to safeguarding the interests of the Company, colleagues and customers. Accountable to the Team Manager the Team Admin Assistant provides administrative assistance and co-ordination to an Operations team.
