To support our growth and scale up of activity, we are looking to appoint a highly professional enthusiastic manager to support our Teaching School Hub team, providing a high standard of service and administrative support for all Teaching School Hub activity. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for a wide range of operational services, including communicating with internal staff and external agencies, organisations and training programme providers as required, and maintaining and managing data around the Early Career Framework, National Professional Qualifications, Initial Teacher Training and Appropriate Body Services. The successful candidate will be able to take a lead role in the following operational areas:

Financial Resource Management
Administration Management
Data
ICT
Human Resources

Previous administrative experience and experience of delivering high-quality front-line Customer Service
Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal/listening skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks and respond to change in a complex and demanding environment
