Fixed Term until 30 April 2027, Part-Time (17.5 hours per week)
Applications are invited for the post of Teaching & Learning Operations Officer (Step Up) in the Faculty of Business & Law.
This role will support the delivery of teaching and learning administration within the faculty, with a focus on Post Qualifying (PQ) and Step Up Social Work courses within the Royal Holloway Law School. The post holder will work as part of the Student Administration Directorate, contributing to the delivery of an efficient, consistent and student-focused service across a range of academic programmes.
The role involves supporting a variety of teaching and learning processes across the student lifecycle, including enrolment and module registration, assessment and examinations, student records, and results and graduation processes.
The post holder will respond to enquiries from students and staff, support student wellbeing and engagement processes, and work closely with academic colleagues and professional services teams to ensure the smooth running of core administrative activities. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records and following established processes and procedures.
