Teaching & Learning Operations Assistant (Faculty of Science) Student Administration - School of EPMS

Applications are invited for the post of Faculty Teaching & Learning Operations Assistant in the Faculty of Science.
Joining the Faculty of Science at an exciting phase of transformation and investment, this role will support the delivery of teaching and learning administration within the faculty. The post holder will work as part of the Student Administration Directorate, contributing to the delivery of an efficient, consistent and student-focused service across a range of academic programmes.
The role involves supporting a variety of teaching and learning processes across the student lifecycle, including timetabling and module registration, assessment and examinations, student records, and results and graduation processes.
The post holder will respond to enquiries from students and staff, support student wellbeing and engagement processes, and work closely with academic colleagues and professional services teams to ensure the smooth running of core administrative activities. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records and following established processes and procedures.
