Teaching and Learning Assistant

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing, helping to create a positive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.,

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS learning activities.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to promote learning and development.
• Assist in observing, assessing, and recording children's progress.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and personal development.
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children with varying needs, including those with SEND where appropriate.
• Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and displays.
• Promote positive behaviour and uphold school policies and procedures.
