- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them achieve their individual goals.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, creative and personalised learning experiences.
- Help pupils develop communication, social, emotional and life skills.
- Prepare learning resources and create positive, stimulating learning environments.
- Promote confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing every day.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to provide consistent support.
- Support learning both inside and outside the classroom, including enrichment activities and educational visits.
- Observe progress and contribute to pupil development through effective communication with the wider team.
