Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a committed, experienced and highly motivated specialist teaching assistant with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to support and advocate for the needs of a deaf pupil. The ability to travel across the county is essential as there may be opportunities to work in other settings in future. You will have experience of working with children/young people and a BSL level 2 qualification (or be working towards level 2). All necessary training will be provided and you will have a range of CPD and support within the team., While you are working hard, doing your best for the people of Worcestershire, we will do our best to provide an environment that supports and inspires you.
