Titan Education Trust is a successful and expanding Alternative Provision Free Schools Trust located in the heart of Birmingham. We are proud to have recently been rated 'Good' in all areas and 'Outstanding' in Behaviour and Attitudes by Ofsted. We provide education for students who have been out of mainstream schooling, many of whom have SEND, ADHD, or behavioural needs.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (SEND) to join our team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing and resilient team, where your work will have a direct impact on students' lives.

The successful candidate will:

· Have experience working with children and young people with SEND, ADHD, and behavioural needs

· Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting students in alternative provision

· Be confident in supporting learning in and out of the classroom

· Be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students

· Work closely with teachers to deliver personalised learning plans

· Be an excellent team player with strong communication skills
