We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a bright, energetic pupil in Year 3 with an Educational Health Care Plan (Autism Spectrum Condition).
The relationship developed with the pupil is at the heart of this role, but the successful candidate will also need to work closely with the Form Teacher, the Parents, the SENCo and other outside agencies.
The role is term time only (34 working weeks) and 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 11.30. The actual salary for this role is £8,070.74 plus a SEN allowance for medical responsibilities of £1,349.25.
