Full Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in a committed team and make a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils. We are looking for a TA who will be supporting the learning needs of children either 1:1 or in small groups and within the wider classroom environment, supporting a broad range of learning activities. You should have a qualification in English and Maths - GCSE grade 4 or higher or equivalent. Experience of working with children would be beneficial, but training can be provided. Ideal candidates will:
- be a good team player with good interpersonal skills
- have high expectations of pupil behaviour
- contribute to the ethos of our school
Salary: Pay band 3 £18,752- £19,084 pro rata (£25,948- £26,473) Contract: Fixed- Term for one year - Term time only Working Pattern: 30.83 hours per week (8:45 a.m. - 3:25 p.m.)
