Teaching Assistant Level 3

As a TA L3 you will compliment teachers' delivery of the curriculum working in a variety of roles: some supporting individuals or small groups with SEND; delivering and leading interventions and supporting learning of groups within a classroom setting and also ad hoc cover in teacher absence delivering pre planned lessons to the class.

• Has high expectations of themselves and the team and children they work with.
• Knowledgeable about how children learn across the full primary age range.
• Can deliver whole class and group teaching sessions to a high standard.
• Is creative and can produce high quality displays.
• Patient, nurturing and positive, able to build relations built on trust and respect.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to support colleagues, children and families
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
• Able to work in partnership with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for our children and families
