Full Job Description
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning activities for individuals and groups, adapting provision to meet pupils' needs
- Provide specialist support in areas such as SEN, EAL or a specific learning focus, including contributing to individual plans and reviews
- Promote pupils' academic, social and emotional development, encouraging independence and positive behaviour
- Contribute to assessment, record keeping and communication with staff and families
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment in line with safeguarding and Trust expectations
