Full Job Description

The successful candidates will work under the direction of teaching staff to support pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing. This will include working with individuals and small groups of pupils, supporting access to the curriculum, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.,

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom and during structured activities
  • Assisting with the delivery of learning activities as directed by teaching staff
  • Promoting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Working effectively as part of a team and liaising with staff and external professionals

    We are seeking to appoint committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (Grade A pt 3-11) to join our supportive and hardworking team., A positive, calm, and flexible approach
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively under direction and as part of a team
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Experience of working with children is desirable; experience within a SEND setting is an advantage, Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
