Lansdowne Infant Academy would like all candidates to answer specific questions for the personal statement section. For reference, here is a preview of the questions/headings: 1. Please outline your primary classroom experience, including the age groups you have worked with and your specific responsibilities? 2. Please outline your experience with small-group or one-to-one interventions (such as phonics, maths catch-up, or nurture groups). What role did you play in planning, delivering, or adapting these sessions? 3. Safeguarding children is an important part of our work. Can you give me some examples of how you would contribute to making the organisation of safe environment for children?
Are you passionate about making a real difference in students' lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is committed to helping students succeed. If you're kind, reliable, and passionate about working in the classroom or one-on-one settings, this could be the perfect role for you. In this role, you'll work closely with staff and students, building strong relationships and fostering a positive learning environment. To thrive, you'll need a solid understanding of current practices in supporting children's learning and behaviour management strategies, as well as knowledge in key areas such as literacy, numeracy, and science. Holding an NVQ for Teaching Assistants or demonstrating equivalent skills and experience is essential.
