Teaching Assistant - Level 1 - Maternity Cover to 31.10.27 Do you have a passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential? We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant - Level 1 to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. About the Role You will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, promoting their learning, wellbeing and independence. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, you will provide classroom support, assist with learning activities, help prepare resources, and contribute to the effective management of pupil behaviour and wellbeing. You will play an important role in building positive relationships with pupils, supporting their individual needs, and helping to ensure they feel safe, valued and encouraged to succeed.
