- Are you interested in supporting primary age children with complex needs to achieve their potential?
- Will you ensure that all our pupils are included and supported to develop whatever their special educational needs or behaviour challenges?
- Can you work as part of a team to provide an appropriate learning environment for our pupils?
- Do you want to learn new skills and participate in your own professional development?
- Previous experience of working with young people of school age who may present with challenging behaviour and complex needs, preferably within an educational setting. Shortlisted candidates will be invited, into school, to undertake a class based task, an ICT task and a panel interview.

We are seeking to appoint a number of Level 1 Teaching Assistants to join our ever-expanding team on a permanent basis. Springwood is a large primary age Special School (380 pupils aged 5 11) based over five sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs. Springwood Primary School is part of The LINK Education Trust.
