Introduction

Want to start your teaching career? Hardwick Primary School have a great opportunity for an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join the team, to provide support for children and staff, whilst gaining a qualification with an award winning provider. Term time only.

What You'll Do

Hardwick Primary School is a thriving school at the heart of a supportive community, where children feel happy, confident and valued. They are looking for enthusiastic and committed teaching assistants who have the knowledge, skills and drive required to make a difference to the lives of children in our community, including within Early Years. 

As their Apprentice Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Work as part of a professional team
  • Work with Children who may have Special Educational Needs
  • Work on a one-to-one basis with children
  • Prepare classroom's for lessons
  • Attend staff training sessions
  • Attend inset days

The successful candidates will enjoy:

The school is term time only. An apprenticeship is a 52 week programme therefore you must be prepared to undertake off the job training during the half term breaks.
