Teaching Assistant

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations for students with SEN.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered.
Collaborate with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
Help students develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence.

Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are advantageous but not essential.
Willingness to undergo relevant training and continuous professional development.
