Full Job Description

Supporting children with their learning in small groups or 1:1
Be involved in supporting children with additional needs to enable them to access learning.
Assist in providing effective liaison with parents on a day-to-day basis regarding the welfare, learning and development of the children.
Understand that all behaviour is a communication

ü Have a positive and welcoming personality
Remain calm, positive and empathetic under pressure

Show excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills

Be able to administer first aid when necessary.
