In our Trust, a Teaching Assistant is far more than classroom support; you are a key architect in building a child's confidence, independence, and agency. We are seeking an empathetic, proactive team player who can help break down barriers to learning, run targeted interventions, and create an environment where every child feels supported to take on new challenges. Whether you have years of experience supporting learning, a background in childcare or SEND, or are looking to take your first steps toward a career in education, your talent will be valued here. In our community, support staff are vital partners in driving educational standards and fostering a strong sense of belonging.

A Culture of Belonging: Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Belonging is of utmost importance to us.
