We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team. Ideally, we require a TA with some SEND experience. You will support pupils within KS2 in their learning, social development and discovery, working alongside class teachers to ensure all children can access the curriculum and make progress. As part of this role, you will also provide additional support for children with SEND, implementing tailored programmes and interventions to meet their individual needs and promote inclusion, wellbeing and achievement.

We would be particularly interested to hear from candidates who have experience and knowledge of SEND and /or promoting pupil wellbeing. This may include experience of working with a range of additional needs, delivering targeted interventions, supporting emotional regulation, implementing sensory strategies, or helping children to develop confidence, resilience and positive mental health. We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about inclusion and committed to helping every child thrive both academically and personally.

The role will also include a half hour cover to support at lunchtime.
