Full Job Description
We are looking to secure a talented, creative teaching assistant who is flexible, enthusiastic and most importantly passionate about supporting our children to become independent and resilient young people. You will join a highly committed team who have diverse skills and strengths and we are seeking someone who can further extend that skill base.
- NVQ Level 2 or above is essential.
- Experience working with and supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities'
- A commitment to the school's Christian values and ethos
- Excellent and proven classroom management skills
- Good level of English and mathematical knowledge
- A commitment to continued training and personal development
- A high level of interpersonal skills, the ability to rise to challenges and to work within diverse teams. We would encourage you to come and look around the school and meet the fantastic staff and children.
