As a Teaching Assistant, you'll do far more than support learning. You'll help students build confidence, overcome challenges, celebrate achievements and discover what they're capable of. • Supporting students individually and in small groups to achieve their learning goals.
• Building trusted relationships that help students feel safe, valued and ready to learn.
• Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and resilience both in and out of the classroom.
• Supporting students' social, emotional and behavioural development.

You may already be a Teaching Assistant, or have experience in education, care, youth work, coaching, childcare, support work or a similar people-focused role.
