About this Role
Working closely with teaching staff, you will support learners to take part in lessons, develop their skills, and achieve their goals. You will provide tailored support to help students build confidence, independence, and employability skills, while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves supporting learning activities, educational visits, and maintaining accurate student records, as well as providing personal care where required.
About You
- Experience supporting young people in education, training, or a similar setting.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
- Understanding of safeguarding, or willingness to complete training.
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
