About this Role
Full-Time Teaching Assistant x 2
31.25 hours per week - 39 weeks per year including five inset days.
Grade 3, point 6-9
Pinchbeck East C of E Primary Academy are currently seeking to appoint two experienced, motivated and enthusiastic full time (31.25 hours per week) Fixed-Term Teaching Assistant. (fixed until 31.08.2027).
We are looking for someone who:
- Is dedicated, caring, enthusiastic, creative and inspiring and has the skill set to support all children to become the best
- Has excellent communication and team working skills
- Is able to promote social and personal development
- Is confident in supporting phonics
- Is able to foster excellent working relationships with the children they are working with
- Is committed to developing their own skills
- Is committed to delivering high-quality support and intervention work
- Is able to prepare and adapt resources and teaching materials
- Has good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent) and NVQ 2 (or equivalent) Teaching Assistant Qualification.
