Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We're looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team! What you'll be doing:

• Identify strategies to help overcome individual pupils' barriers to learning
• Be prepared to use humour and restorative practice to ensure a child-centred approach
• Support the transition of new pupils arriving or existing pupils returning to school, putting the necessary support in place to overcome any barriers to learning
• Provide in class support as necessary to meet the needs of the school.
• Liaise with other staff to monitoring pupils' behaviour and well being
• Build positive relations with parents/carers to encourage family involvement in their child's progress
• Communicate with parents/carers about specific support in place for their child.
