Full Job Description
- Be adaptable and responsive, able to tailor support strategies to meet the individual needs of the child
- Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion through positive behaviour support and a child-centred approach
- Be self-motivated, adaptable and reliable
Working pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9.00am - 3.30pm - Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid weeks of 44.6 per academic year
