About You: We're looking for someone with:Essential Qualifications GCSE Maths and English (minimum Functional Skills Level 2). Level 2 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or willingness to work towards). Essential Skills & Experience Commitment to putting the child first and treating them as an individual. Ability to promote independence and positive behaviour. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Competent ICT skills and ability to work as part of a team. Desirable Previous experience in a SEND setting. Understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures.
