Full Job Description
The Teaching Assistant plays a key role in supporting pupils' learning, wellbeing, and inclusion within the classroom and across the school. Working under the direction of the class teacher, the Teaching Assistant supports individuals and groups of pupils to access learning, develop independence, and make progress.
The post-holder will demonstrate the Trust values of Honesty, Faith, and Courage, modelling professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to putting pupils first., We are proud to be a relational practice school - we understand that strong, respectful relationships are the foundation of learning and development. The candidate will:
- Have experience in KS2 and understand the learning journey from KS1

- Use relational practice to support behaviour and emotional needs by being patient, caring and adaptable
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
