Featherby Partnerships School (part of the Maritime Academy Trust) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside teachers and staff to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a welcoming, community-focused school., As a Teaching Assistant at Featherby, you'll play an important role in the classroom-helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. From supporting literacy and numeracy, to building pupils' confidence and resilience, you'll make a meaningful difference in their learning journey every single day.
- Confident in literacy and numeracy, able to support learning effectively.
- Experienced in working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential).
- A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
- Reflective, professional, and keen to develop their own practice.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
