About the Role: Alex Park (Pinnacle) is seeking a committed and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a non-verbal student on a one-to-one basis. This is a long-term opportunity providing consistent support for the remainder of the academic year. You will play a vital role in supporting the student's learning, communication, and emotional needs, working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team.,

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a non-verbal student
• Support communication using appropriate strategies and tools
• Assist with learning activities and engagement
• Follow EHCP and individual support plans
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

• Be patient, reliable, and proactive
• Have experience with non-verbal students (PECS, Makaton, or similar desirable)
