  Why Work at William Harding? The devolved leadership structure of the Extended Leadership Team, which includes the SLT, AHTs and the Business Support Manager, means that working in teams for support and workload is paramount. Each year group has a lead TA who line manages and supports the TAs within that team. Also, we have two Senior Lead TAs, who work alongside both the ELT and the Lead TAs to further support and develop our TA team. We offer a wide ranging internal CPD program for all staff and have a SEND and FLO team who can also support with bespoke CPD for SEND and Pastoral needs.
