Academics is working closely with a number of primary schools and nurseries across Chester to recruit their next dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant, including those with Level 2, Level 3, and Early Years specialisms. Whether you're looking for consistent long-term work or flexible day-to-day assignments, we have opportunities to match your preferences. Your Role Will Include Providing classroom support across EYFS and Key Stages 1 & 2
Delivering targeted interventions and supporting learning outcomes
Assisting pupils on a 1:1 basis where required
Providing interventions to small groups of pupils where needed
Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour
Collaborating with teachers and wider school staffTo Be Considered, You Will Have A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or relevant experience)
Previous experience within a school or nursery setting
Confidence supporting children across different age groups
