We're looking for a passionate and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team and help pupils with Autism and additional needs build confidence, independence and a love for learning. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be at the heart of school life - supporting pupils in the classroom and beyond, helping them engage, achieve and grow. From delivering tailored support to creating hands-on learning experiences, no two days are the same. You'll work alongside a dedicated team who will support your development, giving you the tools and training to succeed and progress in your career. What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, creative lessons
  • Preparing learning materials and helping create stimulating environments
  • Promoting pupils' emotional, social and physical wellbeing
  • Encouraging confidence, independence and positive engagement
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to deliver consistent support

    We're seeking someone who:
  • Is calm, kind, and passionate about supporting young people
  • Is flexible, adaptable, and ready to contribute across a variety of roles
  • Works well as part of a team and values collaboration
  • Takes initiative and responds confidently to individual pupil needs
  • Essential Qualification: GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
