Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning in the classroom, provide 1:1 support for students who need additional guidance, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role may involve assisting pupils with varying learning needs, helping with classroom activities, and encouraging students to build confidence and independence.,

• Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups
• Providing 1:1 support for students when required
• Assisting with classroom preparation and activities
• Encouraging student engagement and positive behaviour
• Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Is reliable, proactive, and committed to helping students succeed
Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential; training and support can be provided. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in their education.
