Ideally 32.5 hours a week over 5 days, term time only but we are open to a discussion around this.About UsOur Communication and Interaction Resource Bases are in mainstream schools where you will work closely with specialist classroom teachers, providing directedsupport, care and supervision to children including those who have Autistic Spectrum Disorders and associated language, interaction, learning and communication difficulties.The aim of yoursupportand guidance will be to enable the children in Key stage 3 & 4 to access the curriculum and to facilitate full inclusion in school life,supportingchildren to learn asindependentlyas possible.About the RoleThe Teaching Assistant (TA) role is an essential part of the educational teamsupportingstudents in the Communication and Interaction Resource Base. The primary responsibility is to support the Lead Teacher in all aspects of work of the resource base. This will include supporting
