Teaching Assistant

• Supporting pupils in the classroom across EYFS/KS1
• Assisting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where required
• Helping to create a safe and nurturing learning environment
  
  Have a genuine passion for working with young children
• Be patient, caring, and proactive in their approach
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be reliable, punctual, and committed to the role
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
