Full Job Description

We're now looking for a passionate and experienced part-time ESOL Teacher to join our dedicated team to teach 18 hours a week, these hours will be on Tuesday & Friday mornings 9:30 - 12:30, Monday & Wednesday afternoons 1:30-4:30, and Monday and Wednesday evenings 6-9., You'll become part of Exeter College's Professional and Adult Learning faculty-a proactive, collaborative employment & community-focused team committed to delivering outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment. We work closely with local employers and community partners to ensure our provision meets the needs of learners and the wider region.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience teaching ESOL across at least 2 levels

Enjoys working with diverse groups, including asylum seekers and refugees

Brings excellent communication and teamwork skills

Uses dynamic, engaging teaching methods

Holds relevant ESOL/EFL qualifications, general teaching qualifications are also welcome in addition

Experience with ESOL students and supporting learners to develop strong literacy skills will be especially valued.
