Within Dragonflies, the skilled and committed team works collaboratively to create a safe, supportive and inspiring learning environment. The provision is carefully tailored to meet each pupil's needs, in line with their education, health and care plan (EHCP).

Please note, this role is 1.0fte on a 1 year fixed term contract.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support pupils' individual needs and align with the curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all children can succeed

Work collaboratively with the SENDCo, teachers, support staff and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the support they need

Apply current educational thinking and effective SEND strategies to raise attainment and promote progress

Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, supporting both their learning and emotional development

Ensure all documentation and records are completed in line with school policies and procedures

Encourage pupils to explore new interests and develop independence, confidence and a love of learning.
