Teacher of Science (Biology and Chemistry)

We are seeking a Teacher of Science (Biology and Chemistry) to join our school. RMS is a leading independent girls' day/boarding School with circa 900 pupils aged 2 to 18 and over 250 teaching and support staff. We are situated on a beautiful 300-acre parkland estate near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic, inspirational and highly motivated professional to teach Biology and Chemistry within a dedicated and innovative environment. The Science Department is forward thinking, well-resourced and is set in its own purpose-built building. It has eleven fully fitted laboratories and we are extremely privileged to be one of very few schools in the UK to have its own telescope and planetarium to support the teaching of Astronomy topics across the curriculum.

This post would be ideally suited to a passionate individual with a love of teaching and a desire to immerse themselves into the life of the school. Working with our experienced Department, the successful candidate can expect to teach across the full range of ages and abilities, whilst developing their own individual role within a very supportive environment.
