Whatever your career stage, you will be supported to develop well-structured learning programmes and to enhance your teaching tool kit, so that our students are able to excel As a standalone academy, we believe in our teachers being able to do the role they are employed to do, which is to deliver engaging lessons to our students. We therefore have an easy and structured behaviour system for our students and you to follow in lessons. After this, we have dedicated teams who intervene and leave you to continue with the job you love doing! As Teacher of Psychology & Child Development, you will be welcomed into a team of professionals to:
