Full Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding Teacher of Physics to join our successful and well-established School from September 2026.

The successful candidate will teach Physics across Key Stages 3-5, including A Level. They will ensure high standards of teaching, learning and assessment, and inspire a love of Physics in students of all abilities. The ability to teach another science to Key Stage 3/4 is desirable.

Our thriving Science department is central to school life, with strong academic outcomes and high levels of student engagement. Staff benefit from excellent facilities, small class sizes and a collaborative, supportive environment.

We are seeking a well-qualified graduate (PGCE/QTS desirable) with excellent subject knowledge and a proven track record of outstanding classroom practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence and a willingness to contribute fully to the wider life of the school.
