Full Job Description
Oasis Academy Brightstowe is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher of Physical Education to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality PE and sport, promoting health, wellbeing and engagement across the Academy., As a Teacher of PE, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all students
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress in line with Academy policies
- Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and extra-curricular sports provision
- Promote participation, teamwork and a positive attitude towards physical activity
- Uphold the Oasis ethos and values in all aspects of Academy life, Clear career progression opportunities.

Holds QTS and a degree in a relevant subject - Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for PE and sport
- Has experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4
- Is committed to achieving high standards for all students
- Possesses strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is enthusiastic, resilient and committed to professional development, This role requires fluency in spoken English. You must be able to communicate confidently and clearly in spoken interactions, including conversations with students, colleagues, and external partners.
